Showers

Primary suites, hall baths and guest bathrooms rebuilt properly, with real waterproofing, careful tile work and permits handled for Agoura Hills homeowners.
Plenty of Agoura Hills homes have a bathroom that feels a decade or two behind the rest of the house. The tub and shower combination is tired, the vanity is too small for two people, and the primary bath may be smaller than the closet you wish it were. Those are exactly the problems a good bathroom remodel solves.
Girl Flip Construction is a licensed California general contractor, women-led and family-owned. A bathroom looks simple, but it packs plumbing, waterproofing, ventilation, electrical, tile and fixtures into a few square feet. Doing it right means one team coordinating all of it, and that is how we run it.
If you are looking for a bathroom remodeling contractor in Agoura Hills, we start with a free discovery call, then visit the house so the scope and estimate reflect your actual bathroom rather than a guess.
Planning more than the bathroom? Our Agoura Hills home remodeling page covers the whole house, and the kitchen remodeling page covers kitchens. For the service itself, see bathroom remodeling, and for budgeting, the remodel cost guide and permit guide.
Every bathroom is scoped in writing after a walkthrough, so you know what is included before work starts.

Explore →A lot of primary baths in older tract homes are compact, with a single vanity, a tub shower and a small linen closet. Common upgrades include a walk-in shower with a frameless glass enclosure, a double vanity, better lighting and heated floors. Sometimes borrowing space from an adjacent closet or hallway makes the biggest difference.
Larger homes in Old Agoura and near the hillsides often have room for a freestanding tub and a separate shower. We help you decide whether that suits how you really use the room, since a tub that never gets used is wasted floor space.
Most bathroom failures come from what you cannot see. Showers need a proper pan, a continuous waterproof membrane, correctly sloped floors and sealed corners before any tile goes on. We plan those layers first, then we focus on tile layout, grout lines, niches and glass.
Ventilation gets the same attention. A good exhaust fan vented to the outdoors protects the new finishes from moisture. We also talk through slip resistance and maintenance, so the tile you pick still looks good after years of daily use.
Swapping a vanity or refreshing paint is one thing. Moving a toilet, relocating a shower, adding a window or changing electrical circuits is another, and that kind of work generally needs a permit through the City of Agoura Hills Building and Safety Division. We prepare the drawings and handle the submittal and inspections.
If your home is in an HOA community, we also check whether any changes need architectural review before work begins.
