For many larger remodels and exterior changes, the city adds a design review step on top of standard building permit review. We build that into your schedule and manage both from the first submission to the final sign-off.
Hillside lots in Trousdale Estates come with added geotechnical and grading considerations. Neighbors are close, and the city has its own rules for construction hours and noise. We plan crew schedules and deliveries around them.
