The cost depends on the size of the home, how much we gut and the finishes you select, so we do not give one blanket number. The biggest drivers are the kitchen and bathrooms, structural changes, electrical panel and plumbing upgrades, and flooring and window choices. Kitchen remodels start at $50,000 for a cosmetic refresh and $200,000 for a full remodel, with custom remodels reaching $450,000, and bathroom remodels start at $40,000. Pricing includes labor and construction materials only, and finishes are determined by your selections. We give you a line by line written estimate after a site visit.
