Serial entrepreneur and CEO, Erica Anenberg is an agent for change, a disruptor, a passionate creator, and a prominent leader in the arts and business world. She is an accomplished and innovative designer, grossing $25M in product sales over the last 25 years, and has sold over 2 million units, with installations at the Kabballah Center in LA and the Governor’s Ball at the Oscars. She has been featured in The LA Times, Entrepreneur, People, and In Style Magazine, among others. She is a certified FAA drone pilot and licensed real estate agent. She plays the drums and didgeridoo, and is a dedicated wife, mother, and daughter to a father who taught her that girls can do anything boys can do. Her mantra is “Dream big. No regrets.”

Maureen Miles is well known for being a leading real estate expert, speaker, and entrepreneur. She brings over 25 years of real estate experience and in the last 7 years has completed over 450M in transactions, raised over 100M in private equity and purchased over 3300 multifamily units. She currently controls, as an active General Partner, over 125M in assets. She also has extensive experience in renovation/capital improvements, insurance, financing, and tax and title work. Maureen is an expert in acquisitions, syndications, due diligence, capital renovations, operations, asset management, and raising private equity. Being involved in many different real estate ventures over the years has given her a unique combination of hands-on management, investor management, construction skills and deal structuring knowledge. Tauska Trusaun is a dynamic and engaging designer who is passionate about the transformative effects of design and always seeking new and sustainable ways to improve environments. Tauska has been practicing as a professional interior designer for over a decade. She comes from a background of high-end residential design and model home merchandising. Her credentials are based on a prestigious, award-winning, and nationally recognized design firm. She is an NCIDQ certificate holder and believes in supporting the community she lives in by being involved in local professional committees. Her mantra is, “Be True”.
NANCY RODRIGUEZ
Forewoman
Nancy Rodriquez has twenty years of building experience. She can improve and transform anything under a roof from plumbing, electrical, tiling, flooring, painting and wallpapering. Nancy has lead countless workshops teaching women to use power tools as well as other home improvement projects. She has been featured on many tv show networks like HGTV, TLC and Discovery. Nancy's mantra is, "Get dirty and get it done".
MARIA MARTINICO
Architect
Maria Martinico has over 30 years in global and national commercial workplace projects. She is a certified interior designer and architect. Maria earned a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and received her M.B.A from Chapman University. Maria's unique blend of education, experience, and intuition allows her to create interconnectivity between design and business as she curates customized spaces for each of her valued clients. Entrenched in her industry, Maria serves on several committees including the International Interior Design Association, U.S. Green Building Council, and is a sitting member of the Board of Directors for CoreNet Global. She is a part-time instructor at UCLA Design School and a frequent panelist at construction-related industry organizations. Maria’s passion is building relationships with her clients and teams while creating purposeful and results-driven environments. Her mantra is "Want what you have.”

Staging
Samantha is a home staging and design guru who’s served the industry since 2008. She started Elite Home Staging with minimal design experience and a heartfelt passion for her work, quickly becoming a sought-after designer. Nicole, a go-getter by nature, started working with her mom in 2019 and has been an integral influence in the founding of Elite Maisón - a home furnishings and décor company. This dynamic duo is not new to the world of ‘flipping’ and was recently featured on HGTV’s Flipping Moms. Lastly, these two beauties just launched their very own podcast called The Power of We where they showcase their vivacious personalities and discuss their passion for women empowerment and sobriety. Their mantra is, "We got this! It’s all about sobriety, strength, and hope!"

An award-winning entrepreneur, author, and podcast host, Marty Stevens-Heebner and her staff of experts manage moves, tackle downsizing, home inventories, and photo digitizing and organizing for older adults and their families. Marty was inspired to launch Clear Home Solutions while working with her 90-year-old father. Marty holds national accreditations and certifications in Senior and Specialty Move Management, Professional Organizing, and Aging in Place, and handles all the logistics and stresses of senior living with compassion, efficiency, and grace.
